And as an added bonus, you are so much FUN to work with! Your kind and engaging demeanor made what can be a tiring experience a great one!

Why anyone would try to do this without YOU is beyond me!

Sherry Mullins is all that and more. We started looking for our home in the summer of 2007. Because of family situations, we needed to purchase a new condo or town home. We looked at several places, and when we saw our current subdivision, our hearts were set. However, every time we tried to make an offer, something would not work out. Sherry was not put off. She continued to show us places and also kept researching places for our hearts’ desire. After many attempts and many showings later, she found a 1-year old condo in the subdivision we loved. After looking at it, we decided we liked the floor plan better than the new one, and we were able to get it for much less!

With Sherry, the closing process was a breeze. There were issues that could have kept us from closing, as there always are, but she was able to bring everything into order so that closing took place at the designated time.
